I sure looks like it. It's a lovely variegation. No, I don't think it's mosaic virus. I've had to do a TON of research on it lately and those patterns are ... well, quite a different kind of pattern from variegation. It also tends to follow the leaf veining, for example, where variegated leaves don't do that.
