Love the shower!!! What is the walls in the shower is that concrete walls or tile?

    It is great with cleaning. We put a polished finish on it so all the pores of it are sealed and then place a sealer on top. Over time the sealer will wear off though if not maintained - it won't harm the product however without a sealer the product will naturally patina. Our suggestion is always to seal it yearly to maintain the look. The sealer is just applied with a cloth so it is very easy to do.

      We are currently building our house and we have a budget. I'm assuming that this would be less expensive to do instead of tile and I love the look. I'm thinking this is a win win option? Am I right?

      In general yes it is less than tile. It still needs to be waterproofed behind just like a tile shower and we usually put in a tile floor so it has more slip resistance. Another benefit is that it is easier to maintain than tile because there aren't any grout joints.

      Hi!

      I have one more question. How is it with cleaning? Is it better than having to deal with cleaning grout? I hate how you can get those tiny holes deep in the grout it's so hard to clean and keep out the mold.
