If it's a small condo, I would maybe keep the cabinets the same color in both rooms.

It is a two bedroom but about 2300 sq. ft.

Where are they in relation to each other?

Would you do different stains in each room, mixing perhaps a brown stain one place and gray in another, white somewhere else?

As long as the colors don't clash, I would pick colors I loved. Check the finishes together to see if they blend. The only thing that gets jarring is when rooms are so totally different in color that they clash.

Yeah, that's bigger than my house, LOL. If they are not in close proiximity to each other, no need to coordinate the colors. I'd like white in my office, but that's just me.

Yes I am going to do that, just coordinate so they all work together. I am going to try to go lighter in the kitchen, possibly with a white oak. It is a dark kitchen (only one window) so the gray is probably too dark.
