My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

5' wide 8' long floor and 5' wide 7' 8" tall wall. 80 pieces total qty

because the tile size is noted approximately 12"x12" could you advise on quantity for the floor and wall? Also any suggestions on grout would be helpful. Thanks!

    Hello,

    I use this tile calculator and the total quantity for your project is 86.17 sq. f.t. (that includes the 10% waste and cut) but it clearly mention that information is for your reference only.

    I will be better for you to order extra material, I would say 5-10 sq. ft.

    Some times is good to have extra material as left over in case you need it in the future. Consider that from batch to batch there is always be a variation of color, and the recommendation is to have extra material from the same batch so all the product will be similar in color.
