My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello dodri, Marie here. You will need to triple check with the builder Ace Lange Homes, I do believe the ceilings are 10' high. You can tell here is a bulkhead running the perimeter of the room which houses crown moulding, then the cabinetry again has another set of crown moulding. Good luck with your project.
