You may want to shade the pot since a black pot can get pretty hot in direct Sun and stress the roots. Looks like a wooden box will do the job and match your deck and furniture.

Well, pruning is one way to keep it from leaning but then you will have a smaller plant. Staking is another way but it will not look great.
