Bathroom sink

I was wondering if there is a sink in the bathroom area specifically or did you place the two faucet sink near the bathroom for its use in relationship to the bathroom?

    There was consideration of a toilet that has a built-in sink above it, but in the end the owners decided to have the sink outside the bathroom.
