Unfortunately, the builder, Carmel Advisors, is no longer in business. I tried contacting him to find out who the architect was, but I suspect it was a design/build using someone on staff. My client bought this house from another homeowner through a third party, so it's been difficult to back track. The room's dimensions are approximately 18' x 22'..

The project was completed in 2010.
