Looks great. Kumquats are quite good at holding fruit. My seedless Nagami has fruit the whole year; but of course I live in a special climate.

Laura I posted it just for you ;) I think the real test with be when the tree is getting out of the stress, starting to expand and getting all the little fruits. Still debating with myself if I should repot and risk the flowers and buds will fall off?

I would up pot anyway. The tree will do better in the long run. It is likely your tree will hold onto its fruit.
