identify art deco 3 light chandelier

I have a 3 light lamp that I would like to find out a bit of information on for interest and possibly get a value for estate purposes. I think that it would be called an art-deco chandelier, but maybe it is called a pendant light. I know that the glass shades (about 8" in diameter) are replacements. It accepts a standard bulb base. The collar around the bulb is brown plastic, the fit of the socket looks quite neat. The top flared cone-shaped section below the shaft and the large rounded ring are wood. I think that the rest is brass. I could not find anything very similar doing a google image search. I live in Northern Ontario. I seem to recall that the vendor guessed that it came from Europe, maybe Belgium.

Looking some more I did a few broadly similar lamps described as Art Deco and being from the 1930's

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like it isn't that old . . . especially with the plastic but I'm not an expert. And it isn't the glass (which you said was replaced), it's the metal of the chandelier that doesn't look old to me -- the part near the top.

Were the canopy (I think that's what Martha is referring to) and downrod, that we see, billed as being original or were they bought to extend the length? Also, what's it look like where it attaches to the ceiling--is there another canopy and/or more down rod that we can't see, perhaps the originals?

Looks more Art Nouveau to me. But the plastic has me puzzled.
Could it have been a gas lamp reworked?

Yes I think that the canopy is a replacement circa 1970. If the lamp was a gas lamp would there not be vents on the underside? Could be Art Nouveau. Thanks for the responses

To Answer Sammy's question: The canopy is attached to a (new) chain that goes to the very high ceiling. Not ideal, but it works.
