Wood species?

This is my dream kitchen! Could you share the type of wood and it's finish? Also do you ever work with clients outside of the NY area? We're building in SD. Thanks.

This is Doug Fir with standard Ikea cabinets inset and paperstone counters. Winston of WE Design

And is it reclaimed? I haven't been able to find Doug Fir with quite this much character.
