Repotted plumeria, leaves now drooping

Well I managed to shock my little plumeria by repotting it. I know I should not have repotted it at this time of year but it was so root bound in it's old pot. The roots were stuck to the pot and growing out of the drainage hole. It is obviously not happy with me. Is there anything I can do for it other than not over watering and being careful of the sun? Also the spots on the leaves are from insecticidal soap (not recent)

    I think you have it covered. Filtered or morning sun only and it should come back just fine.
