My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is one of my many seedlings. The blooms ruffle. It needs a name. I have few other yellow seedlings. When they from seeds, each of them has it own character traits. They look similar, but not exactly alike.

    I'm very picky about yellow ... Don't really care for it. BUT this one makes the grade for its delicate softness and double ruffle. Very nice, Marie.

    What's your substrate on this one ... Looks interesting. Or is that just top dressing?
