As of today-- I have 6 trays going in my 360 and I noticed that most of my worms are in the top 2 trays. This is a bit unusual except for the fact I have been feeding rather heavily of late. But normally I still see a lot of worms in the middle to bottom trays but today that was not the case. So I dont know if the worms were unusually hungry or they liked the food but they were up. Just remember my horde is numbering in the thousands, at least, so I do probably need to feed heavier than I do and maybe that explains it, and it is a prime time to remove the castings in those lower trays. So Im guessing the moral to this story is as your herd grows so should your feeding. So what I thought was adequate feeding previously was not enough, I need to change that.
