Looks like it sealed over on that one tip. Option 1 is leave it alone and let it finish the growing season. It will probably push out around the damage areas next spring and continue growing.

Option 2 is to remove some of the leaves nearest to the sealed over tip. The plant may possibly start branching out from those newly created leaf scars.

The question on which option comes back to how much growing season you have remaining.

Thank you the_first_kms2. I live in Michigan so my growing season is very limited and unpredictable so option 1 would be the best for me. But it put on a good amount of growth during the winter so it might push through then. I don't know.
