Time for real concern or just wait and see?

Good evening all. Sorry that I seem to be monopolizing this forum with new posts. I try to research this stuff first but still get stumped by it. Thanks for putting up with my questions!

Just noticed something's up with one of my minis, Rob's Bad Bunny. Do I just leave it alone or should something be changed?

Four tiny center leaves are very light with three showing brown tips. Larger leaf at 1:00 is distorted with brown deposits that scrape off. Probably just peat, right? Why distorted? 9:00 and 5:00 leaves not looking right either.

I water all the minis with the same weak fertilizer solution, use the same wicking system, all planted in the same potting mix, pretty much same lighting. The rest all look good so for this reason I didn't think it was something like a calcium deficiency or fertilizer burn. Here are some pics I took...

Bad Bad Bunny? Or maybe this is normal?

Anyone have some thoughts on this to share?

Also, what happens if you start pinching off newly emerged center leaves?
