I'd like to see them wider and sitting on top of the lentil. This would be expensive due the brick and header sizing. Coud make them the same width as the ones below it . Sometimes it is better to do the siding and window together.

i Would Make it bigger and change the style, and in the future you can make the house look more beautiful with the exterior renovation you are doing

I'd make them wider but shorter. Looks like they go to the floor which I'm not a fan of bring them up so a peice of furnture can sit in front of them

Since you mentioned upgrading the outside. I think if you lowered the brick to a more traditional level, the windows would be best at the size they are now. Maybe lower cost than changing the window size.
