They are Phalaenopsis orchids. You need to find some complete cultivation notes written for where you are in the world.

Beautiful! You can search google or your favorite browser for "Phalaenopsis orchid care". Also you can go to youtube and type in the same thing you will get some great videos. Phaleonopsis are best in bright light and not direct sunlight. You will want to find out about ferilizing. They probably don't need repot yet but do read about it or watch you tube. There are several kinds of medium that people use for them and the watering and repotting needs depend on what they are potted in. These are a great starter orchid as they are easy care and easy to rebloom. You made a good choice.

Oh, I see their pots are pretty small. They do bloom better if the roots are crowded but these pots might be a little tight. Their pots should be big enough so they can stand without falling over but in addition try not to go much bigger than what the roots will comfortably fit into so that they will bloom better. If you use a plastic pot you can put it inside a ceramic pot for extra support. Do read about the different choices in types of potting mediums before you choose what kind you use. There is a difference for how often your schedule will make watering easiest and some other factors.

Easy to care for? Yes, if you have a nice centrally heated home and you live in the north of USA. Not so easy here in the Sub tropics where Cymbidiums are described as weeds by some unkind people. I can still hear the groans when I handed out about 40 Phalaenopsis for a growing competition at an orchid society meeting a few years ago.

Yes, I do try and grow a few Phalaenopsis, they are in this nice warmed up moderately humid room... not outside where the arid westerly wind is blowing across a dry continent.

krisha, I am in california zone 9b and am growing indoors in bright light that gets no sun. Bay area indoors should be easy as I said above. Yes, I should have asked where you are as I have recently read that they are not easy everywhere. We are lucky!
