There are a few ways ways this look is achieved. Both require twist ties or some other way to attach the vines to the bamboo support.

The first way this may have been achieved is by using a bamboo "ladder" trellis:

You just keep wrapping the vine around to get the full look, taking care that growth tips are always either pointed up or to the side (never down, unless left lax enough that the tip can re-orient itself to point upward). Using orchid clips or twist ties to attach vines to the support helps keep pressure off of the plant itself, as it gets heavier and heavier from growing.

The other method involves using 2 bamboo stakes, instead of the ladder. Everything else is the same:

And yet another method is to use multiple bamboo stakes, tied or clamped together (I use lock-ties), and the rest of the method is the same, as far as clipping the vines to the support:
