Tiny Bath Before and After

I had the smallest bath from a 1960's home that was my wife's childhood dwelling!! The new claw foot tub was 59 " and the walls were only 60" wide. I ripped out the drywall used 1/4" MDF , 1"X6" with a pretty panel molding. White Carrera Marble floors, and soft pastel purple base

coat with white pearl automotive clear coat for the finish!!!!!

The window completes it... takes it from a bathroom to an oasis of calm. Leaving it unadorned definitely brings a feeling of space and accessibility to nature. Awesome work!

You were correct in knowing the room needed to feel bigger by making the window larger. It is this reasoning that the tub looks squeezed in. Special shapes need space. You want to see the oval, not the box it sits within. The vanity and counter top is the focal point for me.

I can't believe you managed to get that in there.. it's a tiny bit crowded but you pulled it off very nicely! Impressive. :)

Desmond, the tub came from Signature Hardware in Northern KY just over the bridge from Cincinnati. They ship all over the country!!
