Ceiling floor cabinets

Can you tell me is poplar wood used on ceiling ?
What finish? Was Rubio oil used on floor and kitchen cabinets? This is my favorite thank you for your ideas

The ceiling is Oak. The floors are also oak but antique salvaged oak from Carlisle Wood Floors. We did not use Rubio finishes on this job but I have used them on other, more recent jobs and have found it to be a great finish. The cabinets are painted.

Kate, this has to be my favorite design work on Houzz. I keep finding myself pulling up your photos as references. Nice job mixing textures and colors esp low back dining chairs. The appears totally balanced.

I'm using Rubio MonoCoat Smoke on my white oak cabin floors. BM custom color mix water base stain on white oak cabinets. I've got a poplar wrapped beam. playing it safe with water base clear coat. Not certain what color shades may appear on beam after application. Thanks for response.
