They look like robusta to me. Filifera have a lot more strings on the ends of the leaves, they lack the reddish color at the base of the petioles, and are dull-green in color.

To make your life more complicated there are also hybrids of the two species..., Washingtonia filibusta. However, I agree with the above, looks to be W. robusta (due to absence of fibers).
