My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
If grown from seed dropped by the Omoshiro, then they are anything you want them to be :-) Seed grown clematis derived from a hybrid like Omoshiro are not any named form....they could look exactly like the mother plant or entirely different. That's just the nature of hybrids. That's how many of the newer hybrids on the market originate. Now if you intentionally planted a clematis there, that's a different story!!
