Third time is a charm... For now. I believe this is my second or third attempt at this species. Previously I have kept it too dry. It is currently in semi hydro and doing well. Or at least I think it is.

It blooms several times a year seemingly whenever it feels like it.

That is a real trick to get that to bloom. And a lot of courage and optimism. They live 3000' up in the Philippines. How do you grow it?

It grows under lights bright enough to bloom Catasetums . The temperature is about 75-80 degrees in the day and 65ish during the night. It's in semi hydroponic and watered 2x a week. I hope it continues.
