Yes go with the garage door. As Shiner Roofing said, its normal for the front doors to hold the accent, and not the garage. You don't want your garage to stand out.

Which windows will have shutters? It doesn't seem to me that any of the windows warrant them.

I agree with Kathryn. The windows shown look too large for shutters. Each shutter should be half the window's width...whether decorative or functional. A wide trim for the windows would be a better fit for this house.

I agree, I think you should paint them the same color as the garage. But both the dutch tile blue and the garage door color are nice.
