abutilon leaf problem

I got a baby abutilon back in April and it's grown quite a bit and I've actually transplanted it twice since I've had it and pruned it back. It has yet to bloom which is a problem but what I'm more worried about is the new leaves. They are crinkly, and some have holes in them and brown tips. Now over the summer I've fertilized with slow release fertilizer + occasionally organic seaweed. When I first got the plant from the mail order company it had aphids so I sprayed it with homemade soap blend and it worked although I think the tips of the leaves got burnt.

Does anyone have ideas by looking at the pics? Could transplant shock make the leaves look like that? Although it's been like a month since it was transplanted... Thanks!
