White and yellow tissues in sansevieria are extremely delicate and susceptible to bruising and cold. You might not realize when it happens because it doesn't take much of a bump, and it might not show up for weeks. Neem oil is of no use here. This is not an insect problem although I suppose an insect could have punctured the outer epidermis opening it up for infection. What's done is done. It might even spread some. Continue with good general care and hope for the best. I think almost everyone experiences this at some time. I certainly have.

Thanks for the info mlaforet... I was treating it with Neem Oil because although I knew it wasn't insects, I thought it may be "common rust" or some other fungus. Like I said, this Craigii is my most prized from my Sans collection and I would be devastated to lose it. I'll just keep giving it lots of LOVE I guess!
