So,..........how did it go?

Surprisingly well! No issues at all with TSA. Was a little nervous that the bags would be considered a 3rd carry on, so when the flight staff asked if anyone would check their luggage, I volunteered. They took my roll aboard, I stored my backpack in the overhead bin and kept the orchids with me.

A little worried about temperature changes since air conditioning was on full blast on both planes. The orchids are acclimating to my kitchen window now. Will clean them up and repot this weekend. And maybe snap a photo.
