personally I like it white-

Would like to see more of the house, but white does give it nice focus.

I like the white color for the door, especially because it goes with the pillar color.

Hadn't thought of white until they primed it this morning. Definitely a possibility. Thanks for your input!

this color green and off white side lites. not a bright white, a creamy white that goes w/the stone work. I think this combo would look beautiful

yeesh,,,the second color I was going to recommend was a cinnamon shade. Not quite as bold as a red. red would be a little out there with what you have going on in the stone,deck and house color. cinnamon or a deep burnt orange would blend well,,,paired w/a creamy off white sidelites, would look stunning! it's just paint! get a sample and try it.

here are some dark green colors to start with by BM

look into some of the darker,mossy greens too

and for the cinnamon colors,,,these shades (keep trim/sidelites creamy white)

I had use BM Acadia white inside the house at one point. Would that be considered a creamy white for the sidelights?

I think that's a good choice. if you have some left, try painting it on the side lite,,,,lets see how it looks

Did a small section of the trim by the sidelight and on a small piece of Sheetrock. Hope the pictures show the color.

yes. I think that's a nice creamy tone. didn't notice the white trim on the corner there. As long as it all goes together, I think it will look fine.

White looks great. If you feel it needs more colors you can add some container plants as shown in photos.

Thinking of one more color scheme. Called Hague Blue by Farro and Ball. Saw this photo of blue/ black door.

i love that color by Farrow and Ball. I just think w/all of the other colors you have on the porch, bring in a blue might be too much. and it's a 'cool' blue. I like the green better. use that blue, if you like it, in the back or somewhere inside. It's a great, deep wall color and pairs well w/natural wood tones

I love that color too and will find somewhere to use it. My wife keeps returning to charcoal or black so I'm thinking green/ black if there is such a thing. BM and SW both have one called "green black" but I agree that forest green might be nicer. Thanks for all your help.

I like Beth H's suggestions. But if you are looking for a Green Black.....the classic is "Historic Charleston Green," by Duron, DCR099. It reads almost black, but with a hint of green. The green might be too "blue" to work with your siding. Take a look at it online....
