My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the large window opening at the left?

I am seriously considering a stackable pair of windows for a Baja Beach home. Currently I have shade cloth on pulleys that does everything I need EXCEPT keeping out the cool breezes in January-February. This project must be done by early November. It will need to be framed to take the windows I hope to put in.

    The rough opening for both windows will be approximately 6' wide and 7' 6" tall.

    What windows will be (were) put into that opening? I have a similar large opening (actually TWO of them on front of my open Palapa-Home)

    These openings remain open except in Jan-Feb, so I want stacking windows on the R and something that will look good on the L with a Dutch-type door on the L side. What do You think?
