Where can I get this mirror?

Is it a medicine cabinet too? I love the look of this mirror.

It is a custom designed mirror design with no medicine cabinets.

What kind of hardware was used here to hang the mirror? I'm looking for similar "button" type hangers that can go into plywood behind our mirror (to float it), but the only ones I can find are meant for using on the edge of the mirror. I assume holes have been drilled for these hangers.

The buttons you see are basically screw head covers sometimes referred to as standoff's. The mirror installer/provider typically provides this type hardware. For smaller mirrors it is possible to simply use mirror mastic to adhere to substrate and eliminate exposed hardware. Check out C.R.
