You could try contacting Viette Nurseries. They have two locations and one is in Virginia. Peony Meadows is also in Virginia. There may be and probably are others but those are two that I have heard of. They may or may not have your fern leaf. I have heard iffy things about Peony Meadows but that was a couple of years ago and things change.

Any time you or anyone wants to find a place for peonies simply type in peony growers in and the state you are interested in. You will find a grower in almost every state, not certain about Hawaii, this way. Some may only sale wholesale but even they may have a display garden or allow visitation during the season.
