Oh, no. That looks like what happened to my late spring planted tomatoes. Dawn will be along and will give you good advice. I think mine had a combo of things, but one of the problems was spider/russet mites.

Spider mites mostly, and a little disease. You can try to save them if you want, but it is very difficult to do. The inherent danger in trying to save them is that once they are that far along, they're almost beyond saving and every day you leave them in the ground they're likely to be reproducing more mites that will spread to the rest of your garden plants. To save plants heavily infested with spider mites, you'd need to spray, including spraying the undersides of each and every single leaf, with neem oil. If your temperatures are going to 90 degrees or higher, neem oil can burn the plant foliage....and severely damage or kill the plants, so you cannot use it if your daytime highs are still 90 or above. You'll have to spray more than once, following the instructions on the bottle of neem, and it may help and it may not. Usually, spider mite populations begin to fall naturally around late July or early August and, when that happens, plants sometimes recover well from them. Since your plants are this heavily covered with spider mites in late August, they are less likely to recover unless you care seeing new foliage come out that does not almost immediately become covered with mites. The disease issues I can see in your photo are minor and not enough to kill the plants on their own right now, so I wouldn't even worry about them at this point since the spider mites are the bigger issue.
