New bloom - help with ID?

Purchased this orchid a charity raffle last year. It has finally bloomed - any ideas on the ID? Thanks.

You might get lucky if it is a widespread mericlone (copy). Go to google and search for Cattleya and look at the images. Otherwise it is a hopeless task, there are thousands of registered hybrids.

Thanks for your reply - that is kind of what I figured but thought I would throw it up here and maybe get lucky. I had already searched with no luck.

More than 25,000 registered Cattleya Hybrids make the task difficult, but I figured that it was such an unusual attractive bloom that it might be a mericlone.
