Ah it was on my list of greens. I went with Irish rose instead because it was the greenest green.

It's definitely not the greenest green. It's a pale greenish edging on most of the interior petals though. It's a very elegant bloom, and I'll admit I'm far more impressed than I expected to be. We'll see how long before the blossoms become too heavy for the stalks though. That is my least favorite thing. :( I am the anti-droop!!!

I grow Spring Rose ... and am happy to report that she holds her blossoms well.

THe bloomstalks don't get too long ... just long enough to show the blooms at the surface of the foliage.

Aegis, that is a relief to hear! Does the foliage on yours look perpetually chaotic too, or can I hope that this one will settle down a little as it ages? This plant is still young and I'm hoping it just needs a little time.
