My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Quantity of boards in this package?

This baseboard is nice. $180.99 seems high for one 16' piece. how many pieces are in this package for this price? not clear from the description.

    Unfortunately, we do not handle any of the pricing on Houzz as we are a third party vendor. If you were to order from me directly a 16' board would be quite costly to ship as it could not be sent via regular ground through UPS or Fed Ex, instead, it would have to go through a freight/logistics company. If you can order in 8' boards, it is much more cost effective.
