Sunny pictures...

Maybe the last of the year...fall is coming quickly and nearly 50 % of the hostas already show signs of being tired...so I took some pictures on Sunday with the sun already deep over the horizon...

Liberty, lost a lot of leaves to slugs and snails, but the color is still nice...

Your hostas are looking great Karin! I know what you mean about some of the hosta looking tired. I have some that are going dormant. It seems earlier to me than usual.

That Green Acres is huge! Love the colors on your June! I just don't have enough sun to get colors like that.

Maybe all the weather stress was too much for some of them. on the other side I have plants that are just starting to flower, crazy...

I love my Green Acres, that evening color is so nice! I will get a big Niagara Falls next week from the same source :-)

And I need another June! I want to see the colors in shade also. It is beautiful in all light conditions...

Yes, must be the crazy weather. I agree that the evening color of your Green Acres is nice. Niagara Falls is a beautiful hosta. It's on my wish list! Oh yes, one June is never enough! I have five. I do have one very small area that will get more sun. I will move a smaller June to that location. But I do love June in the shade too!
