It looks like Dari (a form of Persian) but also could be classic Persian or even Sanskrit.

Take it to a professor of those languages or even a recent immigrant from the area.

And be prepared to answer some uncomfortable questions about how you got it.

Looks like 2 different scripts to me. Bottom one (in this shot) maybe Thai?

It does look like Thai, or some language related to Thai, but the script alone does not identify a language, nor is it necessarily even related to the language. That is to say, any language can be translated or transliterated into another language and written in the script of that language.
