Fiddle Leaf Fig pruning/shaping help

Hi my fiddle leaf fig is not happy in my home. I don't think there is enough light or maybe I'm not fertilizing enough. I'm going to repot with new soil and move to a window this weekend. How do I give it better shape without killing it?
