I was thinking about this earlier today, too. Why do I love my hoyas? There is so much diversity in this species. Some are easy to love and grow like crazy and give you gifts of blooms. Some are lanky and unattractive and never bloom, but we stick with them anyway. We celebrate the potential of every new leaf and peduncle. Each needs to be cared for in its own unique way. We enjoy making them happy. They're my "green children" and I love every one!

I just got into hoyas and am not sure why I love them, Of course I have a large hosta garden with many hostas and I do not have an answer of why I love them too.

I have even been asked why a few times. :)
