Typical late season minor fungal infection,affectionately known as leaf spot. Typically worse if the summer has been humid.

The issues are common and generally it won't affect plant health beyond cosmetics. Most if not all fungal issues reset each year so you might not see the same one twice.

I agree and some leaves in picture 1 show dark veins and a light green/yellow color so I would add garden sulphur, greensand, aluminum sulfate or iron-chelated liquid compounds to acidify/ammend the soil. Which reminds me to get amendments to do the same as well!!!
