You can switch out the vanity lighting and vanity mirrors. I suggest going with decorative wall mirrors.

White Carrara would look great with the existing marble/color scheme.

I would remove the mirrors and all that moulding around them. Maybe do a beveled white subway tile up those walls and then get nice mirrors with wall sconces next to them.

The mirrors look dated. Also change the faucets. Pick a nice marble or quartz for the counters like you want...

It's a really pretty bath!
