My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Your description says 54 inches wide for a full. Later on, you say 81' wide for both sofa and bed positions. Which is it? This is frustrating

    It is 81" from arm to arm.

    When in the bed position (when back is laid down), front to back it is 54"

    The item you are looking at is for the wood frame only with no mattress. However, we do offer the futon as a set (Frame and mattress) with optional mattress colors. Be sure to read the title and product description as it will tell you what is included.
