I think that the white fights with the roof and brick colors. Can you pick out a softer, light color from the brick instead of the white, maybe a cream color? I would also paint out the garage doors. From the picture you posted the garage and the concrete take the focus away from the house itself.

Then there is the problem with so much concrete. Can some of it be replaced with brick, stone or some other material that blends with the existing brick? Is there enough room in front of the window to plant something of interest?

Your home has a ton of potential! At the moment it is too high contrast between the white siding and the heavier brick. Pull a warmer neutral from the brick tones such as a taupe for the siding and garage door, and nice burgundy wine accent color such as Sherwin Williams Sommelier 7595 for the front door and shutters. You could also consider switching to a lighter trim for different look. Softening up the landscaping with more greenery would do wonders as well.

Then I would pressure clean the brick and the concrete drive and front entry area first. Clean the roof. This way you will get a better idea of which direction to go to paint your siding. Agree that the garage is very predominate now and a color with less contrast would work to minimize the garage. I like emmarene's suggestion.
