Mirror dilemma

I have a navy blue Hooker chest that needs a mirror above it. My dilemma is that I have 12' ceilings and everything I've purchased and returned looks silly.

What size, shape, decorative mirror should go there? My home is traditional. Colors are blue, brown, beige with a terra cotta color for an accent.

Get a tall vertical mirror that would be the same height as the cabinet to the right

So what looked silly there? I would maybe introduce another shape, maybe a tall oval mirror in a frame?

Re-think the chest in that area - is that the best place for it. Maybe artwork or just a long vertical mirror would be best.

What would the mirror reflect when you're in the room? Anything interesting? If not, then that's no place for a mirror.

The chest looks rather smaller there. Perhaps try a bigger console table, a piece of art, or a bench? Try this chest elsewhere?
