My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Prayers for Juan and Naples, FL

Juan Chahinian, known to some persons as Ebay's 'raresans', lives and works out of his home in Naples, Florida. Juan has done more than anyone to popularize and make rare sansevieria varieties available to the public. Lets all send good thoughts his way, and to others as well, as Hurricane Irma works its way up the Florida west coast.

    I live in FL on the west coast, between Naples and Sarasota, and I am one of the very fortunate ones. My little town didn't fare badly from Irma, and the condo development where I live almost seemed to be spared. Today I met people from Fort Myers who said the town was devastated. I know there is lots of damage in Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Naples, Marco Island etc. I am pleased to say that all across America, prayers were being said for those of us who remained here during the hurricane, and we were many in number. Churches is so many communities were praying all day and on schedules, as were individuals, and I know it was heard and it helped. Thank you to all who thought of us Floridians. I join all of you in praying for those who remain without power, water, or the basic comforts of life. May the recovery be swift.
