My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Stool size: 1' 11" x 1' 10" x 11.8" (L x W x H)

    Coffee table size: 2' 4" x 1' 6" x 1' 1" (L x W x H)

    Sofa seat cushion thickness: 2"

    Sofa back cushion thickness: 3.1"

    Stool seat cushion thickness: 1.8"

    Am I understanding your measurements correctly - the seat height is 11.8 or 12 in high?
