Looks like something in the blister bug family.

I agree with Robert. It is a blister bug. A couple of them are not a problem. In fact, they eat grasshopper eggs, so in that sense, they are beneficial If you have them show up in large numbers, though, they will strip your plants down to bare stems. If I was going to name it, I'd name it Harvey...or Irma. : )

I read "I agree with Robert" and thought "he doesn't look like a Robert to me".
