Thank you! I agree. I think mine is female. I read male flowers are smaller and greater in number. Female flowers are larger and fewer in number. They say that male flowers are prettier in Cycnoches and Catasetum but I like the look of the female for this species!

I realized that this flower is definitely female! The column in the female is shorter and fatter than the male. The column on the male is long and skinny, like a coat hook. The flowers were male when they bloomed last year.

Haha, yes. The flowers of Cycnoches are unisexual, they can either bloom male or female. Same for Catasetums.
