My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks - just looked at their website and they make beautiful stuff. One other question, do you know the height of the cross rail from the floor and the width of the rail itself?

    Thanks for the compliment @NYK Realty! As for the cross rail, @dnavins, the cross rail was field determined as not to obstruct the homeowners view while sitting. Approx. 3’-0”.The width of the bar was determined by the custom screen frame maker to conceal the aluminum screen frames. Hope this helps, sorry for the late reply.
